Exchanges only within 15 days. Headwear, clothing, gifts, bras, breast forms, jewelry, items are gladly accepted for a full exchange within 15 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Must have tags attached
- Must be un-worn
- In original boxes with paper work
- No scent of tobacco smoke, food odors, etc.
- Boxes must not be damaged or altered or have writing, stickers or tape
SHIPPING: Return shipping costs & packaging is the customer’s responsibility. Please package items with care to ensure safe delivery back to us. If your item was shipped in a box, please pack it in a box (not an envelope) for returns. We cannot accept items back for return that reach us crushed, bent, permanently creased or otherwise damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping due to a promotion, you are responsible for the cost of a return. Standard shipping fees will be deducted from your credit.
